Sarah is CEO and cofounder of Affect, an incubator for mental health companies. Sarah is a serial entrepreneur in the mental health space with a background in healthcare economics and has worked in various mental health care settings (jails, foster homes, academic centers) before becoming the first employee for Breakthrough (telemedicine for behavioral health, acquired by MDLIVE), scaling One Medical Group (modern primary care) nationwide, directing clinicians at Lantern (CBT app), and consulting with companies like Lyra (founded by the former CFO of Facebook).

Solome Tibebu is a mental health technology expert, digital health investor at Launchpad Digital Health, and co-author of ReThink Behavioral Health Innovation. She was founder and CEO of Cognific and served as an enterprise sales leader at healthcare startups and large behavioral health IT/EHR corporations. Solome was the first employee at tech accelerator Project Skyway and co-founded one of the largest healthcare startup networks in the Midwest, healthcare.mn. Solome is a national speaker and adviser to several mental health and opioid-related startups, adviser to Bring Change 2 Mind, and Founder & Chair of Anxiety In Teens 501c3 non-profit.

Nina Vasan, MD, MBA is the Founder and Director of the Stanford Laboratory for Brain Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She served on Barack Obama’s Health Policy Advisory Committee, worked with Director-General Dr. Margaret Chan at the World Health Organization, and worked at McKinsey in Silicon Valley advising healthcare payers and providers. Dr. Vasan chairs the Psychiatry Innovation Lab, the American Psychiatric Association’s mental health tech incubator, and advises healthcare startups, Fortune 500 companies, investors, philanthropists, and government leaders.
